Pacquiao is Ready on the Fight Night Against Mosley

On the nigt of his match with Sugar Shane Mosley, it is expected that Manny Pacquiao is ready and in good condition.

According to Alex Ariza, the "Strength and Conditioning Coach" of Pacquiao; that Team Mosley have committed a mistake in placing the 39 year old three division champion on a high altitude training in Big Bear, Los Angeles, California.

"In high altitudes, the amount of oxygen in the blood in reduced because there's less oxygen in the air," Ariza said. "To compensate for reduction of oxygen in the air, the kidneys secrete more of a hormone called erythropoietin, which causes the body to create more red blood cells."

The World Eight-Division Titlist Pacquiao have just came from a high altitude training in Baguio City, Philippines and is now on conditioning at his trainer Freddie Roach's Wild Card Boxing Club in Hollywood, California.

"By the time Shane Mosley steps in the ring, his body will already have become accustomed to the lower altitude. Everything in his body built in the areas of endurance up in Big Bear mountain are now gone. The body has already adjusted back to it's natural environment," Ariza added.

It is certain that Pacquiao is ready to bet, who has 52-3-2 win-loss-draw record inclusive of 38 KOs; his World Boxing Organization (WBO) welter weight crown against Mosley (46-6-1, 39 KOs) on May 7 at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Roach said, they will cut the number of sparring rounds for the Sarangani Congressman starting April 27.
